When replying to an e-mail in Hotmail, Internet Explorer
crashes. But first I get a "DW 15 caused an invalid page
fault" error message followed by a few others error
messages, but it finally crashes.
This only happens when I reply to an e-mail.

Any help, anyone seen this before?

Thanks in advance

The biggest possibility is that it is part of Downloadware, which has also
been know to cause this error message. Running Ad-aware may help if it is
not listed in add/remove in the Control Panel. This page also offers some
assistance:

DW.exe is also the name of an MS utility included with IE6, or as a separate
download for IE5.5. It is used for error reporting. See this article about
what it is and how to disable the error reporting.

Description and Availability: Internet Explorer Error Reporting [Q276550]

It is also included with OfficeXP.

On another note, it could also be symptomatic of a viral infection. This
link explains why, though it is only a remote possiblity:
