Internet Explorer 6.0 configure to full screen

I'm trying to figure out how to configure the browser to
always launch in full screen mode for a Kiosk app.

Can anyone help?

When you are using Internet Explorer in Kiosk mode, the "Open in New Window"
Internet Explorer restriction may not restrict users from opening new
