I have a couple of Problems I have Windows Me and I have
update # Q823559 Update and Also at start up I get a
Explorer error message that says that I have a
REGSVRAC32.DLL Explorer will now close and when I close it
my desktop closes and it says restore desktop on it. IE
6.SP1 and Internet Tools is what I am using and it has a
IE Update of Q831167... I appreciate any help you guys can
give me I am lost. Thanks alot!

Download all of these utilities and scan the system.
