Internet Download speed

My Internet D/L speed is 2 - 4 Kb/sec. - sometimes less. Have a powerful P/C with lots of H/D space. Thought I would try EasyMTU. Searched around but could not find if it worked with XP Home. Does it? If so - should I get the 98 or NT version? Thank you in anticipation.

You must be using dial up. It doesn't make much difference how "powerful"
your PC is if you have a slow connection. A download transfer rate of 2-4
KB/sec is not unusual for dial up.
