Internet Dose Not Work Right

When I use the internet i can go in any web sites other than the ones with locks (E-Mail, Banking, Online Shoppping) can some one please help me fix this.

Are those with the problem using a firewall?
If so, make sure the firewall is not blocking port 80. If it blocks port 80
but passes port 443 you will only be able to view HTTPS sites.
