I have been unable to access a specific Section of a web
site using my user name and password. I am not given the
choice of domain, so I cannot specify the correct domain.
The web site I am attempting to access requires a specific
domain and Win XP Pro IE 6.0 does not give me a choice. I
am using a new computer (Dell 360) running IE 6.0 with
WinXP Pro SP1. My older computer with IE 6.0 with Win2000
SP4 was no problem. The dialog box on the W2K computer
gave me the option of providing my user name and password
and selecting the domain; this got me access. I cannot
figure out why WinXP Pro IE 6.0 will not let me choose the
domain. I know I cannot access the desired section of the
specific site unless I can choose the domain. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to how I can get IE 6.0 under Win
XP Pro to let me choose the domain instead of defaulting
to whatever domain XP Pro thinks is appropriate?
