Internet Disconnection When Switching Users

Internet connection cancels everytime we switch users.
This was not happenning previously and I don't know why
or how it changed. I know it's probably something
extremely simple, but I can't find out how to fix it.
Anybody have any ideas??

Keep RAS Connections (FUS), Line 32, Left column

have you changed your password lately? when you open your connection select
the box that says "for all users" I don't know if it is 'supposed' to
happen, but every time I change my password I have to recheck this box
