Internet Content password=need help badly!!!!!

I have forgot the password to my Content advisor. I can no
longer keep my children from getting to site's I don't
want them to see. I had it set up and my now ex-hisband
changed the password and left it all wide open. How can I
retrive it or create another one when I don't know the old
one? Will I have to re-boot my whole computer and lose
every thing? Or is there some way to chang and correct
this. Please help.
