my internet connections stops working after a few minutes of surfing or
mailing

a restart makes it possible to mail/surf again, but again only a few minutes

anyone who knows what might be the problem?

and is this the right ng for this posting?

I had the same problem. It was the ethernet to USB adapter/connection put
in by the cable company.
Not software related in my case
