Internet Connection Sharing restricting access

I am running 2000 server with 3 other computers networked to the server.

I have just installed a cable modem and internet access with Internet
Connection Sharing.

I want to limit the users of each networked computer
to a certain amount of upload and down load capacity per month or even a
limited internet usage per day. I have searched for a solution to this
problem but have not been able to find one.

I have 2 questions :

1. can this be done and if so how?

2. if not by 2000 server is there any add on software that will do this if
so what?
 
Hi,

You cannot do this natively in Windows 2000, but you should be able to find
some 3rd party products that will help you. I am pretty sure there are some
3rd party add ons for ISA server that can do this - check
www.microsoft.com/isaserver
