I am using Win XP Pro SP2, DSL modem. The computer and internet connection
ususally remain online 24hrs a day. Lately I have noticed that despite still
being connected I am no longer able to browse the internet (IE6) or download
emails (OE6) after a short period of inactivity on the internet. In order to
once again browse the internet and/or download emails I need to reboot my
computer. I am using Zone Alarm and despite uninstalling and reinstalling
this has made no difference whatsoever. And no, I am not using AOL. I have
made sure that the "Power Saving" option of my modem has been turned off.
Greatful for any assistance.
