Internet connection failing after SP2 install and updates.

I just installed the service pack 2 updates and everything after that
last night on my desktop computer, and when I got up this morning I am
not getting any sort of internet connectivity. This is through the LAN
Card and the Wireless card that I have installed on my box. I have
tried renewing my IP, restarting, I removed the connections and
reconfigured them and nothing.

did you follow the instructions in the help file on uninstalling/stopping virus programs and others.
might give the help files or install file a look see to see what it advises.

did you reboot after the install.
might do it again and see.

Try NETSH

Click Start, Run, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Restart the system
