internet connection disrupted and disconnected by RPC (remote procedure recall)

Please help me with the connection because when connected
after a few minutes it will be disconnected by this RPC
and it will even shut down or restart ,please help me to
overcome this problem as it is frustrating during the
middle of my connection to suddenly disconnect .I had to
reconnect or redial again. Thanks.

Ya, Thanks for looking around alittle before posting

If the computer is constantly rebooting, quickly go to:
Start > Run and type: shutdown -a , and hit enter.

This should halt the rebooting problem. (Thanks Nicholas)
