Internet Connection and XP

i am an network technician working in a internet service
providing Company. Some of our customers are using windows
xp home and professional versions.The problem is our
internet will work for 10 to 15 minutes and it will not
connect but after restarting again it will work for
another 10 to 15 minutes.we are providing internet over
cable.Can u please help me out to rectify this problem
i will be expecting ur reply.

You didn't provide a lot of information here but from
what I know about Windows XP and broadband my first guess
would be that DNS is timing out. You might want to pass
this to the guys in charge of the nameservers - if
Windows XP doesn't get a response from a DNS server in
what it considers an appropriate time it removes that DNS
server's IP address from its list of available
nameservers. If this happens enough times the user is
left with no DNS servers on the list and no name
resolution until they repair their network connection or
reboot the machine.

I'd look there first.
