Hi,

I'm on a LAN which already has a firewall, which makes it
unnecessary to enable the ICF function. But I was just
wondering if I enable, would it stop hackings from my own
LAN?

Thanx!

WinXP SP1's built-in ICF is not designed to be used on internal LAN
connections. The _only_ connection on which you should have ICF
enabled is the direct connection to the Internet.
