without a dsl is there any way to get full acess to the internetfrom any and
all programs just bygoing to that program and clicking it?

You must have a connection to the internet whether it is DSL or Dial-up. I don't understand what you mean by "from any and all programs just by going to that program and clicking it"?

im sorry i have just been so agravaged. i have my inter net and all set up
but if i dont go to the butterfly i cant get the net to come up... if i want
the ie to be open i have too manually open the net first and then click ie.or
for regestering a new program i have to do the same.

Hi Judy,
You want your Internet Conection to be Automatically connected when you
start your Computer is that what you after!.
Try this: Open Control Panel by doing this click Start >> Controol PanelConnections Tab and select the Radio Button saying;
(*) Always dial my default connection and click OK to confirm your
changes and close the IE Properties window then Reboot your machine and see
if you can connect by just double clicking the * MSN Butterfuly Icon * or
other programs can communicate with Internet, if that you are after if not
please take a moment and think about what you want and post back in this
thread and we all will help you.
