It is clear from watching my Net Meter that my pc is often communicating to
the Internet without my permission.

I realise that XP and my Anti-virus program etc. do this but recently my IP
address was blacklisted due to a worm sending spam.

Can anyone tell me if there is any software available that will allow me to
see what XP is allowing my machine to do with regard to the Internet?

I do not want a key-logger or to spy on the users of my machine I just want
to know what programs are using
the Internet and for what purpose.

Thanks,

Noel
