internet access

Hi, I have Windows XP home edition. I don't know what I've clicked but
suddenly in the last 24 hours 2 of my 3 user accounts won't show any internet
pages, they just come up blank? I can now only access the internet through 1
account. What can I do to correct this? Thank you

Have you installed anything recently? Are you getting page cannot be
displayed? Any further information may assist in getting a better response,
but you could try creating a new user account and trying to get online with
that. If it works, it is possible the other user accounts have somehow been
corrupted. Hope that helps a bit.

hi, yes i have installed mcafee virus scan 9 and firewall plus but have since
removed them from my pc. i have tried to create another user account but that
has also failed to display any web pages. the web pages all come up ACTION
CANCELED. Any ideas? thanks
