internet access right per user

Hi all,
I have a winxp pro box in my company and 3 user
accounts in the box. I would like to let user A have
internet access and the others haven't.
What can i do? The box is connected to internet
through a company LAN network and gateway.
Thx in advance
 
If you have a proxy, place the proxy config script on a share only
accessible by user A.
Other users won't get the proxy configured and won't have access.
