International phone number format

Hello,

I need to change all my contacts phone number from international format (+
xxx) to local format (01xxx). any suggestions pls.

If I had to do that, I would export all contacts to Excel, change
[Ctrl+H], then import back. Backup your PST file before starting.
 
Hi again,

Ok that's a good idea, but with this method I loose all the contacts
picture. any suggestion?

Outlook's presentation of phone numbers is hard-coded.
