Internal Server Error for Confirmation Page

I have site where the custom confirmation page comes up
properly when you submit a form - everytime. With the
same webhosting company, I have another site for a friend
where the custom Confirmation page gets an Internal Server
Error (#500).

The webhosting company says that they are not responsible
for that and they won't help. They say that Frontpage is
too unstable and all they gaurantee is proper
publication. I need to get this fixed. What can I
do?!?! Microsoft support is hundreds of dollars per
incident. Please help.

First, MS is only $35.00 that last time checked, anyway a 500 error is a
problem on the specific server that site is hosted on.

Compare the form properties and confirmation page from the site that is
working with the one in the site that is not work, basic setting should be
the same between the two.
