internal error 2738

I run Windows vista pro.
I try to unsinstall palm desktop, but it keeps telling me "internal error
2738"
Could anyone help ?

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories. Right-click on “Command
Prompt†and select “Run as Administrator.†At the command prompt, type

regsvr32 VBScript.DLL

Press Enter on your keyboard. Click <OK> in the successful registration
window. Then try the Palm Desktop install.
