Internal Email problem

I have set up my new email at my new company following our company guide, now
it is all set up , and i can send emails out and to people internally but
they cannot reply.

It is failing to log onto the incoming mail server, how can i rectify this?

Ask the people who wrote the guide? They'll likely be able to explain
what's wrong better than anyone else will.
