Internal Card Reader

Hi,
I am on the hunt for a USB internal card reader but the connection is for a
USB header on the motherboard which I do not have. I have a internal USB
port from a PCI USB card that I could use but this is not the case, where
can I find something that will do what I want, I don't want to go external.

Some internal card readers have an Mini-B port but usually you
don't see this until you have it.
So, you need this adaptor:

That's what I need, but I think the unit comes with a 8 pin USB header, this
adapter only has 4 pins

One USB port has 4 pins. Some readers have an additional
USB front port, only then 8 pins are required.
