Internal Audio won't play

The only audio that works on my computer is the Line In.
My DVD, CD, Computer Sounds, and all hard drive music as
ceased to play.
I am running XP Pro. I am set on Default Windows sounds,
and all speaker functions are unmuted.
This just started last night.
Any thoughts?????
