intermittent Frontpage error with form

I've created a simple form that only one person will be
using to maintain post Q&A she receives. Every third time
she completes the form, she gets a FrontPage error
message. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to
fix? Thanks.

You need to contact the web host and have them look at the server's
application log to determine what the problem is.
