Interface nor registered

I can 't send email but get the message: Interface nor registered.
What do I do?

version, what the actual error message says, and if you are using Word as
your email editor.

I am using Windows XP, Outlook 2003 and Word 2003 is my email editor. The
acutal message comes from Microsoft Word and says: "Interface not registered."
