Interactive buttons and images are not visible in the browser

Hi All,
The interactive buttons and the images on my home page don't show up in the
browser on my and a few people's machine, however, others can view everything
without any problem.
What causes this. I have compared and matched the settings in IE and still
doesn't work.
What did I miss?
