Interactive button tool tip pop up disappears after 7 seconds

Is there anyway to make the interative tool tip pop up box stay visible
indefinitely? When I hover over my linked button, I see the pop up box
description but it disappears after 7 seconds. Can the hover time be
modified?

Here's Javascript that will keep the tooltip on screen "indefinitely" and you
can configure the appearance (to include using graphics within it).

no...since it is a "normal" tool tip that you would use in any situation.
it uses the "title" or "alt" attribute of the <img> tag.
