Intenet Explorer 6 on Win98SE --- Invalid Page Fault

Installed Internet Explorer 6 with SP1 on Win98SE that
has all the updates. I get an Invalid page fault :
module Kernel.32 every time I try and open internet
explorer. Was preiviously using Internet Explorer 5.5
with no problems. Any Ideas.
 
Just to make you feel better - I installed IE6 w/SP1 yesterday on a friends
machine with 98SE and it is working just fine. It includes all updates to SE
and IE.
