Intels 14-Nanometre 'Core M'

Read about this yesterday online.
Very interesting on how small the chips are going.
But how they will be able to go in to even thinner laptops & tablets.
 
If I remember that article mentions that the thickness of a notebook now using those smaller dies on the CPU could reach less than 9mm?
