intellisync for yahoo wont read Outlook contacts anymore

i've been syncing my outlook calendar and addresses with yahoo using
intellisync for yahoo. recently the intelllisync has failed to sync my
contacts and gives me an error message like "cannot read other application
data". anyone know how to fix that? both yahoo and intellisync (pumatech)
support sucks.
