Intellisence and other strange VBA IDE problem ??

I had the same problem with Access97/winXP. Now I have Access 2002/winXP...

When I had access97/winXP, the problem was that the CPU utilisation was at
100% . Use of intellisence was useless (ctrl+spacebar) to complete control
name or use the "." (dot) to list availaible method or property appeared for
1 milisecond then vanish... also the spacebar doesn't work ! the cursor move
to the right then come back to the place it was before ?

Now I have Access 2002/winXP and I still have the same problem except that
the CPU utilisation doesn't show 100% in task manager

Hope someone can help cause it's very frustating.
I must mention that both version of Access are installed on the computer.

Usual cause of this behavior is that you have a form open in "form" view,
and that form has Timer event running. Close that form.
