Intelligent Explorer Toolbar

Is there a way to uninstall this toolbar? If not, how do
I keep it from loading?

To disable third party browser, click tools, Internet
Options, click the Advanced tab, Under the sub-heading
Browsing, uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions,
restart your computer.

You can check your Add/Remove Programs to see if there is
an entry for the toolbar and uninstall it like you would
any other program.

Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ will remove this.

If Ad-aware doesn't clean it up completely, try steps 1-6 at
http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm and step #7 (a HijackThis log) if
necessary.
