Intel(R) Extreme Graphics

I'm having a problem outputting my laptop's display to the television screen.

I'm using a Toshiba Portege A200 with a Super VHS connection direct to the TV.

I *used* to be able to select the output through the Intel(R) Extreme
Graphics Advanced options and selecting the Device I wanted. Now I only have
the option of the laptop, and no longer the T.V. or an external monitor.

Please help!!
