Hi Can someone please help me with what driver updates do I need to
download and from where for following to work on my WinXP Professional

I checked on the IBM Support site that to Enabling TV-Out in my laptop
i need to do following steps but I don't see these options on my
currect Inter Graphics setup
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Setup instructions for Intel Extreme Graphics Chipset
(http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-58625.html#ie)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Connect the S-Video cable and audio leads (optional) to the S-Video out
port and audio jack ports as shown below on your ThinkPad system to
your TV.

The S-Video port is typically located on the left side or back of the
system

Right click a blank area on the desktop and move the mouse arrow down
to Graphics Options, then to Output To as shown below.

Graphics Options > Output To > Inter (R) Dual Display Clone >
Television+Notebook

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q 1 .... I don;t see 'Television+Notebook' under Inter (R) Dual
Display Clone menu (as mentioned above) All i see is 'Monitor+Notebook'

Q 2 .....Also do't see anything to change the output from NTSC to PAL
under Display Properties > Advanced > Intel R Extreme Grpahics 2 for
Mobile > Graphics Properties

Q 3 .....Do i need to update my Graphis Driver (Which i am bit scared
to do)

Can someone please help

Thanks in Advance

Some natural questions would be:

1) What notebook is this ?
2) What chipset does it use ? My presumption here, is the chipset
built-in graphics is being used. (CPUZ - mainboard tab perhaps)
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-138.zip
3) What connectors does the side of the notebook have. Your
current results suggest there is a VGA connector on the
notebook. An Svideo mini-din or RCA connector implies TV.

Mini-din

RCA composite video (some RCA jacks shown here as examples)

It seems like the driver has concluded the hardware interfaces
are "internal LCD" and "external VGA 15 pin".

What you might try doing, is *make sure* there is a 75 ohm load
on the RCA jack, if one is present. Connect a 75 ohm cable from the
TV RCA jack, to the notebook RCA jack. Video chips have "jack
sensing", and sometimes the sensing is faulty for TV. Some
other GPU makers offer a "force detection" option in their
display control panel, to force recognition of a video
port connected device. What I cannot tell you, is whether
"jack detection" is preventing you from getting the option
you want, or not. Try cabling up so the TV is ready to go,
and reboot.

I would work with the Display Control Panel, and check what
options are offered in there. At least one control panel
I've worked with here (Nview), has a "mini-install" operation
you do within the control panel itself, before multiple
monitor capabilities are displayed. I don't expect Intel
did something stupid like that, assuming this is an Intel
chipset we're talking about.
