This process:
ZCfgSvc.exe
Is hogging 65%of my CPU. It is used to manage the configuration between
the windows wifi network chooser interface and my intel Grahics Chip.
PLEASE HELP BECAUSE I NEED WINDOWS MANAGING MY WIFI AND I CANNOT KEEP
THIS PROCESS IF IT IS HOGGING 65% OF MY CPU!

Common misconception.

High CPU utilization is not bad. It simply means you are using the CPU.

If there is no paging, page faults, or server work queue items I wouldn't
worry about it.

Do a Google on how to use performance monitor to check some things out.

That being said, if you are experiencing noticeable slowdowns that can be
identified as stopping when you halt this proc then contact Intel and tell
them to fix it.

Well did this just start or has it been a problem since the xp install, any
rescent changes made hardware/software.......On board graphics use alot
of system resources, thats why add-on video cards are installed to 95% of
pcs.You can adjust more memory for the intel graphics thru the BIOS,set
internal graphics mode at max.usually 1mb.Have you installed the intel
chipset installation utility. The graphics would hog the system if not
configured/
installed properly..

I took the risk and shutdown the process in Ctrl Alt Del and found that
it did not do ANYTHING to my system except speed it up alot.

Guess its sneak sneaky spyware! I give my compliments to the programmer
though that's a good idea for a name.

PS: I still hope he rots in hell for doing this to me
