What is the difference between the 505 and 506?

What URL(s) can someone point me to that definitively describe the
difference?

Thanks.

Yup, www.intel.com

Or perhaps more specifically, the "Intel Processor Number" link off of
the following page:

http://www.intel.com/products/desktop/processors/index.htm

Basically the P4 505, 505J and 506 all have the same basic specs in
that they are 2.66GHz processors, 533MT/s bus speed, 1MB of L2 cache
and produced on a 90nm fab process. The 505J adds in Execute Disable
Bit (aka "NX bit" in AMD-speak or "Data Execution Prevention" in
Microsoft-speak). The 506 keeps the Execute Disable Bit and also adds
in 64-bit support ("EM64T" in Intel-speak, "AMD64" in AMD-speak "x64"
in Microsoft-speak and "x86-64" according to most others).
