intel ima adpcm 11 codec

When i try to pla a asf video file i receive message this codec is needed ,
not computer literate but learning . any help would be apreciated
 
Sorry, that's not supported in Windows Media Player on Windows Vista at this
time. You would need to either convert that file to use a different codec
or use a different ASF player to play that file.
