Integration of outlook in web Application

Hi,i have a basic eamiling system in my web application works on smtp.
Now i want to use the features of Outlook in my emailling system plz
guide me
can i do that or not
if i can then how can i do that
will outlook works on server or on client side
plz guide me

The reason (as Sue quite rightly states) it is unsuitable, is... think how
many times Outlook will pop up a dialog (e.g. if it closes with messages in
the Outbox) and sits there until someone clicks yes/no/ok/whatever. Nobody
is going to be sat at your web server waiting to see if Outlook wants some
input, so your web application will just time out.
