Integrating SP1 and puting it on a bootable cd

OK people here is what i need help with. I want to
integrate service pack 1a in windows xp pro and reburn it
to another cd which i want to be bootable.

the reason i want to do this is because i am on a limited
internet connection and it is capped can only download 50
meg in a certain amount of time so i have to take my
computer to a friends house to do the updates and
everything. I have a LEGIT copy of XP Pro which i paid
over 200 dallors for. So if someone can point me in the
right place i'd be greatful. Oh I'm using Nero 6 ultra to
burn the cd.
 
Why don't you just order the SP1 update disc to support the one you have.
