Integrated DNS servers

Has anyone experienced DNS problems when 2 or more DC's
from the same domain are hosting integrated DNS services
for the same namespace.

What type of problems are you referring to?

If you can clarify and elaborate a bit more, may be we can provide better
analysis
of the issue and determine if it is a configuration issue or a problem
itself.

you determine a problem.
