Intalling windows updates for non admin users through group policy

Currently I have 144 workstatiions I manage. I wanted to see about
adjusting my group policies to have the computer update themselves
with windows updates as then come in so I dont have to do it all the
time. My users are non admins, is this even possible? or does the
person logged in have to be an admin? Can I just have the computer
update itself and force itself to reboot?

Let me know
