intallation error message

After installing software, I tried to open the program and received this message: JSAKG.exe unable to locate component. What does this mean?

It means that the Mystery Program didn't install properly and is looking
for a component it needs to start. Since you didn't tell us the name of
the program, anyone who is using it and might know the answer can't
help you. However, your best option is to contact the program mftr.'s
tech support.
