intall of XP Upgrade fails

I have attempted to install the upgrade XP over my
Millenium windows. It appears as though all is going well
until suddenly I get a message that it cannot find a file
named: mscpx32.DLL

How can I get that file and get XP installed?

what stage of installation did you get to, did you get pass the bit where it
asks for your region for your keyboard, and a bit more info as to where
exactly it stop installing and coming up with the error msg
