Int, Explorer 6.0 reminder pop-up!!!

This damn pop-up shows about 3 to 5 minutes after I log
on. it also shows every time I leave my computer on stand
Bye. "This page cannot be opened" referes me to Tools for
a fix. The fix doesn't work! The pop up will not let me
right click and delete.I don't even know what page
the "reminder"is telling me it can't open. I have
recently down load AOLinstant messenger and I also have
Microsoft Messenger. I suspect it may be one of those
programs causing the problems. If thats true I don't know
how to fix it???? I have Windows XP and Office Xp for
Students and Teachaers.

Anybody have any suggestions?????

Remove spyware which may be causing popups with Spybot Search & Destroy
from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be
sure you are also running a current (post-2002 version with updated
definitions) antivirus program. While AOL is open, look for Options and
find something relating to starting Instant Messenger with the program
and uncheck it. With the Microsoft instant messenging program, open it
and find the Options and uncheck "start with Windows".
