Insufficient resources

After coming out of standby in the morning my system locks up. When I try to
open a program from the desktop I receive an error message "insufficient
sytem resources for this command". System event log shows: Unable to start
DCOM Server, happened when starting this command:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\HPBPRO.EXE - Embedding. I have to reboot and everything
is fine til next time.

MS Event ID is 10000 having the following message: Unable to start a DCOM
Server: %3. The error:"%%%2". Happened while starting this command: %1.

I've ran system checks on the software and all hardware and everything
checks OK. Also have the most current updates.
Any ideas or fixes?

The Hewlett Packard Port Resolver (hpbpro.exe) is installed alongside
Hewlett Packard printers and offers local hardware and network support.
Check with Hewlett Packard technical support. I believe they've heard this
complaint before, if you know what I mean.
