insufficient memory running setup.exe

I have a Dell 6650 running oracle 8i and trying to install
a veritas agent from a mapped drive. I am
getting "insufficient memeory to run setup.exe". I have
W2K Advanced SP4 and yet the memory usage is at 10%.
Microsoft support site has no article on this problem. Has
anyone come across with Oracle 8i?
