instll SP1a on PC with no internet connection

I want to install SP1a on a computer with no internet connection
what do I need to download in order to do this/ Is it possible?

You can download SP1a directly. It is an executable file.

Windows XP Service Pack 1
http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/default.asp

Note: Select "Network Installation" (32-bit version).

Afterward, record the file to a CD.
