Instant popup notification of new email message in OL/OE

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way (built in or 3rd party utility)
that will pop up a dialog on the screen with the sender/subject line
(if possible) when a user receives an email message in Outlook Express
or Outlook? This is for email messages sent/received on an internal
LAN.
I have tried a freeware program called Accurate Outlook Express Mail,
but it will check every minute (not instantly) if there is new mail.

Is there some other way (via built in windows messenging) that this
can be activated?

Thanks.

Outlook Express is not part of Office and is unrelated to Outlook. In Outlook
you can set notification of new mail in Tools, Options, Email Options,
Advanced email options. And you must not set mail polling to anything less
than every 10 minutes or you will not give the servers time to reset and you
will get errors. You cannot check for mail "instantly."
